Mahdi Rajaee was born in Gonabad, Iran in 1976. He received his BSc in Electrical power Technical Teacher from the Shahid Rajaee University, Tehran, Iran, in 1999. MSc in Electrical engineering from the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Mashhad, Iran, in 2008. at present he 's Phd student in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
